Worst service ever!! 3 days with no delivery and did not even a call to say they were not coming in the coldest day of the year! Service is terrible!!
We used Efird Gas for years. They continued to increase their prices. We decided to go to South Central Propane 18 months ago and their price was a 1/3 less than Efird's. I contacted Efird's to see if they would match their price and they wouldn't even return my calls.
Charge too much, won’t work with you.
Worst company ever! We paid for our propane gas up front 3 weeks ago. We were told we didn't need to be home for the refill. Turns out they filled it, but couldn't turn it on because we weren't home so they couldn't connect the lines. Waited 2 weeks, nobody ever came by. I called and was told somebody would come. It's been a week after that, nobody has show up. Called again Tuesday, I was told somebody will come by this week. We went in to check out the gas logs and everyone was friendly but the guy we needed to talk to was not there, no problem, said we would come back. Came back, cash in hand, hes still not there. They wrote down what we wanted and said they would have him call us. A week went by and we never heard anything. Went back in a week later and it was the same thing. Efird changes your status with no notice and when need gas all of sudden they want pay in advance. This should be something aware of beforehand. Will be letting everyone I know that has them to WATCH OUT!! Definitely looking into other source.
Somehow my account disappeared or was closed . A few days prior it existed. Now tonight it is supposed to be I the teens and I have no heat. I'm disabled just had surgery and have severe rheumatoid arthritis. Totally frustrated. It's Saturday and no way to contact them.
