Multiple people are not getting there pcm’s back. Steve Williams is a thief. I had to drive a total of 7 hours and go to his house to get mine back. Also, the Lawrenceville and Brunswick county police must golf with Steve on the weekends bc they are COMPLETELY USELESS. You’d save time and worry by just throwing your pcm and $250 into the burn barrel.
Apparently, they are closed down. I have emailed them with no response. Drove to an empty building. Neighboring business said that used to be a shop there. Don't really know what the situation is. If they moved. They should probably update the site.
I have called and emailed a dozen times trying to get ahold of them about an issue I have with their tune not running properly that I need fixed. I have no idea what all they did change as I was never given any info on what was changed in my pcm. They will not respond whatsoever to me, terrible customer service.
Well not sure where to start this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I contacted Steve about a mail order tune and send it out to him. We had a shipping issue which got resolved. Steve send me my ECM back with not much information. Put it in the car and the car would not start. Tried contacting him through email several times with no response .You can not reach him by phone at his shop either.
