After my hybrid car stopped working, I took her to Toyota, where I was advised the next solution to fixing my car was to buy 3 new ECU’s. (Outlined in Toyota’s workflow for my error code). I have use EFI for years. Their diagnostic skill are second to none. Highly recommend to any of my family, friends and customers.
I own a sports car that had an electrical failure that 4 previous mechanics could not diagnose over 6 months. I was told by one auto electrician that EFI Automotives were the only people in Perth that could possibly fix my car. I took my car to them, and guess what, they diagnosed and fixed it with ease. Excellent service, they really know what they are doing. Daniel was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Absolute five star rating, well deserved. Thanks again EFI.
Very disappointed! They need to listen to customers who know what the fault is. They weren't prepared to drive my car to see the fault occur only plug in a diagnostic tool which is useless! Paid $200 for that and sold some diesel particle filter cleaner, made no difference. Now down $300. Back again with exact information on what happens when and advised them of exactly what rpm and speed it occurred and was advised that it was a faulty brake switch when it only occurred when your foot was on the accelerator taking off.
