I had an intermittent issue with my vehicle and after several visits to different workshops no one could (or could be bothered to) get to the bottom of it. I was told that EFI might be able to help and I was not disappointed. I care a great deal about my vehicles and the team at EFI simply would not give up until they identified the issue with my commodore and fixed it. I took my Ford Mondeo to the Ford dealership, it was there for 2.5 weeks and they didnt know what was wrong with it. Their words were ‘we are stumped’. A friend of mine told me when dealerships don’t know what’s wrong with the cars, they send them to EFI Automotives in Balcatta. I had it towed there and my car was diagnosed immediately. Took my Ute to them with an intermittent starting problem. They said it was the car’s computer and charged me $2600 with a years warranty Next day I had the same problem, took it back to them and was charged $400 to change the ignition. Clearly the computer problem diagnoses was incorrect and it was an ignition problem as this cleared the problem. When I tried to discuss with the owner he told me to get off his premises.
