The product was great, and the quick and smooth after A/S made the experience even better.
I decided to buy this for my home office after reading all the glowing reviews, but the shipping experience has been a complete letdown. I got a call early one morning saying delivery would happen in 30 minutes, so I stayed home the entire morning and afternoon, unable to do much else—only for nothing to show up. When I followed up with customer service, I was told they supposedly tried calling me twice and even buzzed my intercom, which simply isn’t true. There’s a clear log of all my calls—none from them.
