I bought their Aery Ergonomic Chair. When I received it, there were small damages on the chair, possibly due to the delivery process. I informed them right away, and they immediately booked the return. However, I was busy and wasn't able to return it. Another issue is that the chair is a bit wide for me. I wish I could adjust the armrests closer to my ribs for a better fit. I've had my desk for a few weeks now, and i must admit. I was apprehensive on placing and order with EFFYDESK. After reading various bad reviews, and going down reddit rabbit holes. Regarding damaged desk tops, long lead time, paid reviews, and poor quality. I'm here to say, I don't know what they're talking about. It arrived in less than a week. It did take a little while to set up, but the finished product far exceeded my expectations.
Currently loving my effydesk, only thing I’d flag is that the wooden top came with a minor chip on it (could have happened during the transfer of the product) but otherwise so far so good.
Happy to support a local business. We've just assembled our two desks- they seem really high quality and look great. Looking forward to them improving our workspace!
