Mortgage doubled in size well over $2,000 have contacted them explaining some financial difficulty and could have a payment waived for a month and then it be moved to the principal the answer is always know they don't want to work with you and they don't care about their clients also told if Miss a payment would get a $200 NSF fee. This place is crooked

Contacted this bank to discuss a clients pre-payment penalties. After asking very politely to share what the equation used is, so that I can check the math, even without any sensitive info, i was told "NO" and hung up on. I speak to banks all day every day. This is extremely unprofessional and honestly shady. If you're a mortgage broker please stay away from this lender, they use their GIC rate to calculate IRD which will cost your client a fortune to break.
