This is gonna be a bit unusual because i don’t live in one of their buildings and my review is solely on management. I went and viewed a rental I loved and is operated by them. Terrible!! Stay away!
Heaters blasting on high today while warm 20°c and sunny outside. My unit was 27°c, hot dry heat and it's only April. Daily nose bleeds and dry eyes. Humidifier can't keep up and doesn't help. Gross waste of energy and makes life very uncomfortable when you're constantly overheating like a meatball in a microwave. The company could save money by monitoring thermostats better instead of supposedly using a 3rd party company to control the heat (so said my super).
