Terrible Experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS CLEANER unless you want to waste your time and get the worst clean. It took 6 calls to organise them to come and clean including them calling several times on a Sunday. It should be 1 call maximum. They didn't even show up at the first time we organised for them to arrive and had to reschedule to another time. Then the 2nd time round they didn't even do what I told them to do. AVOID.

I had the unfortunate experience of being bombarded with FIVE consecutive calls from this company at 9 am while I was at work. The sheer lack of consideration for my time and privacy was beyond unacceptable. The excuse provided, claiming they wanted to understand my cleaning needs, is a feeble attempt to justify this intrusive behavior. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I have used this company several times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there were significant issues that resulted in so much stress (including during the clean too). I really needed a clean so reused them and thought maybe it was once or second off and final third and fourth time it’s ridiculous. Its is so drama with this company, it’s not worth any help at all.
