I received a gift card for a domestic clean to use when I had my first baby. I booked it in recently and my booking was rescheduled twice by effly and then a cleaner didn’t show up for the clean. I did not receive any communication from effly that the cleaner was not coming. I have been attempting to make contact with them since to organise a refund and I have not had a response by phone or email. Do not use this business!!
Extremely rude customer service, I was finishing my sentence to cancel and they hung up on me, so I called back and mentioned that it was unprofessional to do that & she said she has no problem hanging up on me & did it again so I cancelled them & am hoping nothing comes off my card because that’s just unacceptable.
The cleaners were a no show for a Saturday cleaning session and of course I wasn’t able to get through to them on the phone. There was no call before that about them not coming and was charged for the clean.
Do not trust this company. They will take your card details will charge you way before your cleaning service and then no one will turn up. You will be running after them foe your money. All the reviews are absolutely right. I don't know in what bad moment I believed the lady on the phone she assured me that someone will come, give us a chance if you are not satisfied we will do the job again and guess what NO ONE TURNS UP AT ALL! I RECEIVE NO RMAIL, CALL OR MESSAGE AND AT THE END OF THE DAY MY CARD IS CHARGED! SHAMEFUL!!
I do not recommend effly I hired them to do a bond clean they never showed up to the property I have had to dispute the charge on my card as they have not replied to any of my attempts to ask why they never arrived at the property
