it's a trap! Effluential Technologies was fine until we actually needed them (though as I recall, there was some unpleasantness during install as well... but that was years ago before we had options. More recently, on a routine inspection, the tech said we had roots in our system - and tried to get us to rip up our garden - which meant a back and forth with office staff, who proved ineffective and unpleasant, which led to months chasing after the "owner" who never returned to re-inspect the system but did produce a proposa... read more
