I loved it hafi was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and looked cute
Had good experiences here with most of the braiders (Merci, Hafi, Jatou) however I won’t be going back due to the following -Melvis ripped clumps of my hair out when brushing. Had to ask her to be gentler. Still ripped clumps just not as bad as previous. Never had this issue here before. -Melvis also didn’t braid a chunk of hair into the braid completely. Fine, easy fix. The young women of Effizzi are all wonderful and kind. Each one brings special qualities and talents that bless me each time I come to get my hair done. My braids are done professionally and the customer service is high quality. Hafi and Jatou have been my regular stylists and I’m so greatful for each of them. They take their time and make sure I’m happy with my styles. Thank You Effizzi for all of your awesome work!
