I never have a bad experience here. The braiders always are neat but quick. Both my grandmother and I come, I don’t mind the hour drive because they’re the best. Thank you Effizzi!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I called early morning (8 am) to see if my daughter and I could come in for medium knotless braids at 5 pm. I called to confirm the appointment at 3 pm. Before arrival we selected our colors and lengths and was quoted $180 which is also what we paid upon completion. Had a 1 PM appointment for short/medium knotless braids. When I arrived, I asked how long the wait would be Mimi told me there was no wait and that the braider was “on the way.” She didn’t show up until 2:30 PM, brought her son who pooped outside behind the shop, then left again to get him food. My hair didn’t actually start until 3 PM. I was quoted $180, but the price suddenly jumped to $220 with no real explanation. I had to call later to get a $40 refund. We were coming into the area again after a few years and I called the shop to book an appointment for my wife, the owner was so courteous on the phone and understood what wife needed done, and the customer service was absolutely awesome, wife is really happy with her hair and we will always come back here when we are in the area again, best braiding shop in the area I must say.
