I injured my left thumb on the job in November, I was sent to Ortho Pooler, to Dr Hill, and I was told that it was all in my head. I went for a second opinion at Chatham Orthopedic. Dr Levitt ordered an Xray, performed a range of motion test, and said you need surgery. He put the order in for the surgery, and then he explained that because if the length of time since the injury, he may have to reconstruct my hand, with he did.

In 2022, I was sent to Dr Wheeler for a double shoulder rotator cuff complete tear. He advised me that there was nothing wrong with my shoulder, after performing a range of motion test. Despite the fact that I could barely lift my arms to the side. He said I have a small tear in the right shoulder and the left was fine, ordered son PT for me, and sent me on my way. I got a lawyer and asked for a second opinion, and they sent me to Optim Orthopedics. Dr Alexander did a range of motion test and ordered a double MRI. had compl... read more

Total knee replacement surgery with Dr. Hoffman. The surgery started off with him not talking to my husband before the surgery, the first he was seen was after the surgery was done in the hospital. We started having some issues four days out with pain that was not controlled by the medication and pinpoint hemorrhaging (spots all over the lower part of the leg) We tried to call the office for post care advise and all we were able were recordings directing to help with payments, and the one we wanted talk to the Dr. Hoffman a... read more

Took my 10 year with an foot injury and they far exceeded my expectations! They did all they could to help us get what he needed and worked with us financially with what we owed. I was floored by their willingness to assist us in doing what was best for my son and for us financially.

While the doctors may be good, the business office staff is atrocious! The day after back surgery, they started calling about payments of our part. NO BILL PRESENTED, NO BILLING MAILED OUT...just constant phone call harassment. It has continued for months. They show no care about the patient!

One year after meniscus knee surgery. No insurance cash pay patient. Pain worse now than before surgery. No concern by doctor or PA. No pain medication just advice to have knee replacement. I will but at Mayo Clinic.

I am a recent of a new hip three weeks and three days ago. Dr Holtzclaw did a super job installing my new hip, and Jason Hux, my smart physical therapist, awakened the dormant muscles needed to make the hip perform. Unbelievably, I am back working full time, driving, and walking with no cane. I am just astounded that at 77, I am feeling so great. We work very hard in PT, and every move is expertly calculated. Thanks to a fine program.
