I think they are honest.. they have been fair to me.
I wish I could give more than 5 STARS! My son was moving back to Illinois from Florida when he broke down at Petro in Effingham. I called them and they towed him in, fixed the starter and had him on the way in less than 3 hours, all at a very reasonable price. I have been in the automotive industry for 26 years and applaud them for not taking advantage of an 18 year old with nowhere else to turn. What a relief to know there are honest people with true integrity left in this world.
Noah remembers me when I take one of our two old vehicles in for work. Labor prices are agreeable and they make time to fit me in when I call. No complaints.
I don't normally like mechanics. But these guys are professional and knowledgeable. And they save me money so there's that.
We had transmission trouble as we were traveling on I44. It was late in the day, but they were able to find what was wrong and get everything fixed early the next day.
