Effie is extremely talented, knowledgeable, and passionate in massage therapy. She always is able to use different techniques to help alleviate my back pain and help my body feel more mobile in my physically demanding job. She gives helpful advice of things I can do at home as well in between sessions with her. Not to mention, she is so fun to be around and a true joy! I absolutely recommend Effie to anyone looking for a massage therapist. She is the best of the best! You won’t be disappointed.
Effie releases my muscles and toxins as well. She applies new techniques and personalizes the time I spend on her table. She is amazingly gifted! Nothing improves my overall health more than time with Effie. It's a reboot!
