I stopped by to get an estimate for preparation of my income tax. This review based on my perception of the attractiveness of the office, and of the helpfulness of staff. STAFF: very helpful. OFFICE SPACE: cluttered, dark; the front door incredibly dirty around the door handle. Unfortunately, this business does not understand that their inattention to the space they occupy may translate to how a customer may view their overall efficiency and expertise. For me, this was just a turn-off.
