First time. Excellent experience. My stylist Mo was friendly and experienced and did a great job putting in my crochet locs. Price was fantastic. The owner was welcoming and friendly. In fact all the staff was friendly while putting out great styles. I recommend this salon and will be a loyal patron. Oh, great location in between Jimmy John’s and Olive Tree on Thornton Rd.

After setting up an appointment, I sat and waited for 2 hours in the waiting area, only to have the stylist nonchalantly dismiss me, got upset over the fact that my hair wasn't detangled as if part of her job as a stylist isn't to detangle hair, and complained about not having the energy or time and told me she couldnt do my hair.
