First time. Excellent experience. My stylist Mo was friendly and experienced and did a great job putting in my crochet locs. Price was fantastic. The owner was welcoming and friendly. In fact all the staff was friendly while putting out great styles. I recommend this salon and will be a loyal patron. Oh, great location in between Jimmy John’s and Olive Tree on Thornton Rd.

After setting up an appointment, I sat and waited for 2 hours in the waiting area, only to have the stylist nonchalantly dismiss me, got upset over the fact that my hair wasn't detangled as if part of her job as a stylist isn't to detangle hair, and complained about not having the energy or time and told me she couldnt do my hair. If that was the case, why did she not make this known BEFORE i waited so long.
