This evening I was at Lowes on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte, NC. I was getting ready to load some paint cans into my truck when I noticed a pick up truck trying to back into the spot next to me. He kept moving back slowly making me feel like he was taking that spot no matter if I was standing there or not. The issue I have is that there were parking spaces all over the place in front of and behind.
