Out of the hundreds of manufacturers I've worked with, Efficient Lighting is by far the worst. Not only is it nearly impossible to reach a live person by phone, but they rarely respond to emails and they do not stand behind their warranty which is clearly printed on their product packaging. I would encourage anyone considering their product to look elsewhere. I'm only giving them a single star because no stars was not an option.
