RecommendedAfter calling 6 different local companies efficient heating and cooling was the only one to return my phone calls. They had my maintenance service scheduled within a week. They arrived on time and 5 minutes early! 2 guys showed up and they were both respectful and answered all of my questions easily. I've had these guys do several jobs for me personally and on some rental units. Patrick and his guys do a great job, are very friendly, efficient, reliable and trustworthy. And reasonable pricing! As a matter of fact I can't seem to get them to give me a bill for an emergency job they did for me last year! Lol!
