I had a gas leak on my unit today. Technician missed the first diagnosis, had to come out again to replace a $180.00 part charged me $772 dollars for labor for a total of $955 dollars. Called back and talked to a Kelly who had no compassion. I Absolutely felt like I got taken advantage of and ripped off. I thought the part was expensive till I googled it and then called them to ask for a breakdown. Definitely will never use them again! It’s so sad and unfortunate.
It's December 28, three days after Christmas, and the temperature is set to sink into the twenties over night. My family and I will be warm, though. That's because Jeff Edde of Efficient Heating and Cooling came by to get my HVAC unit back online ON CHRISTMAS EVE--and even refused to charge me for anything more than a regular service call. I think that says everything you need to know about Efficient Heating and Cooling! Thanks Jeff!
