Our hvac unit quit working on Saturday. My son checked it and told us what the problem was. Monday we called a company that came out and said they would have us and estimate for a new unit in a couple of hours. (Not going to name the company maybe they were too busy). We had some water on the floor in a rental property and called a plumber. The plumber thought it was an hvac issue so he recommended we call Efficient Heating and Air. They came out very quickly and determined it was a leak from the condo unit upstairs. Thank you so much for the prompt , honest and polite service. We will definitely be calling these guys in the future.

I was recommended by a friend to call Derick about our AC unit that went out yesterday, and I highly recommend him for all your AC needs.
