I had ongoing issues with the ac cutting out. Three different companies over a 3 month time period with temporary success, even replacing the breaker. All tested and recommended a new compressor. Raymond listened to my story, checked the system, checked the breaker and wiring and located the problem. He stayed on-site about 30mins to test the repair. When we bought our house at the end of 2021, the HVAC unit that came with it was 20 years old then. Derrick replaced our heating and air last September right before Helene hit. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable and advised us of our options. When he removed our unit he showed us the inside condition of the unit and it was bad. So glad we replaced our 24 year old system when we did. This heat we are experiencing now would have finished it off. Also, our power bills have dropped. This system keeps the house very comfortable with a consistent even temperature.
