Would not recommend this company at all to anybody. What was supposed to take 1-2 days max to finish the job, it took over 2 months with several follow ups. Overpriced, unprofessional and extremely unresponsive service. If you want job done, pls look for another company to work with, don't waste time with these guys at all.

I would like to add to the review of my husband (Kris V.). The service we ordered could not cost $450 for residential 3000 sq. ft. 1 story house. Period. If you do your due diligence and research the same type of service from other companies – you will find that this price is more appropriate for commercial buildings rather than residential properties. Extremely unprofessional, extremely overpriced, and extremely unresponsive. All I needed was a manual J calculation to determine the heat load on my house - 3000 sq. ft. 1 story. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am on a Wednesday, and the technician did not show up until after noon. Once the technician began he looked at my air handler and then walked around the outside of my house - he was there a maximum of 30 minutes before leaving, and he said I would have the results the following morning.
