Very quick response and very professional-update-Thought this was a good company until tech's sent out could not figure out what was wrong with my unit. This several months ago & I requested the owner of the company call me & still waiting for him to call. This was back in April. I also paid for a service agreement to service my unit in the spring & fall of this year. Have not heard from them for the fall servicing that is already paid for. I don't recommend this company. Drew was very professional and worked quickly to determine the problem. He showed sympathy for my unfortunate air-conditioning situation and wanted to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I also liked their texting system of communication.
