My initial contact with Nick was very positive. He explained my options for a replacement AC system, and went into details about each option. After making my decision, Dylan and his coworker, sorry for not getting his name, came and began removing my antiquated system. I have used them two different home central unit installations and both times the company was the best price. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned any mess that was made. Very professional and polite.
Although we haven’t found the problem or solution yet, the service was excellent and Bobby was very courteous and explained everything . He said he would come back and hopefully find a solution to our ac problem. Hopefully that will be soon. I really love this company. They are very honest and that means a lot today. Update: We’ve finally got our ac fixed n I’m so happy! No more water dripping at bottom of ac yayyy! Dylan did a wonderful job and from now on I’m calling these guys for maintenance and ac issues .
