When we got home in the evening our AC unit was blowing hot air. After leaving a message with the answering service, Dylan called us back within minutes. He came out to our house at 8:00 pm and had our AC blowing cold air shortly after. He was also very friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend Efficient Air Systems.
AC lifesaver alert! My AC issue is officially handled, and I have Dillon from Efficient Air in Jennings to thank for that. Don’t let his baby face fool you—this young man knows his stuff! He quickly diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the drain lines, replaced a part, and even took the time to teach me how to maintain the unit properly moving forward. Thursday - Dylan did the assessment and then repair the problem. He was very kind & respectful. Thank you for calling back so fast. So, today Friday something different broke on my a.c. I called & was told that someone would be here a little later. I did receive a text & a pic of the service man that would be here & the time to expect him.
