New review: Turning mistakes to great work and having accountability to improve. Mistakes that are also the equipment manufacturers fault. To resolve issues with customers and to exceed expectations. An unfinished fix is soon to be fixed. When the work is being worked on, it is done quickly but not high quality, and when asked why my appointment was missed, it was delayed for the "next rescheduled day." No phone calls or alerts of information unless reached out. Unfinished/incomplete work never gets completed the second time around, so I feel like I just got scammed and hustled.
