They installed mini splits and an in-floor heating system in my house. The thermostats disconnected from the wi-fi and sent them (as well as me) an email about the disconnection. EK text me to be sure everything was alright. Had another situation on a Saturday night that needed attention. They had a tech over within an hour and sent a follow up text the next day to be sure things were still ok.
