We started our full house renovation with this team. They completed the basement and some work on the main floor — but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. I hired this team for work on my home and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. They were quick, but speed came at the cost of quality. I was charged for demolition, but staples were left all over the subfloor. When the hardwood installers arrived, they couldn’t proceed until every staple was removed. To avoid paying extra, I had to remove them myself, one by one. They installed hot and cold water lines on an exterior wall without insulation. If you like to see lots and lots of the circle thing to hide the un patched ceiling or drywall go for it. They did lots of mistakes. Or even worse, they hide their mistakes and do not like to fix their mistakes.
Shan,Ron and Abhud were the team that installed the Tosot 3 ton heat pump system. They were professional, courteous, tidy and efficient. Excellent job. Abdul the salesman was knowledgeable and without any sales pressure tactics explained and answered all my questions/concerns. He handled the grant application and setup the house audit. Highly recommend this team for your installation. System is new and running very quiet. Too early for any other review.
