I had been doing battle with bedbugs in my home for 3 months. I tried all the different home remedies I could find before I finally held up the white flag of surrender. Unfortunately after a heat treatment bed bugs were back in less than 14 days. Had them come out two more times to inspect and spray. Now I have bed bugs in other rooms. Devon and team are very responsive but I just dont have confidence in having them continue to try to help solve my problem.

This review will be somewhat different than most because I have never used Effective Solutions. I did, however, reach out to the company today due to concerns that one of our young adult kids had brought beg bugs back to her apartment from a hotel in Statesboro. I called and was fortunate to speak with the owner, Devon. I cannot recommend Devon and his team enough. They helped me through a very difficult and stressful situation. He explained everything in detail and did a thorough inspection of my house prior to performing the heat treatment. The solution worked like a charm and I have peace of mind again.
