I would rate 6 stars if that were possible! We thought we might have a bedbug problem, and found the Effective Solutions website via Google. The website was detailed, helpful, and quite informative. When I called, Devon answered the phone promptly, and was helpful and easy to speak with. Devon suggested we have a test done.
