Very friendly staff. All procedures were thoroughly explained. No pressure. I will definitely be a return customer.
Both Briana and Bri are wonderful! Briana is my aesthetician and she is so lovely. She listens to my skin care concerns and modifies based on my feedback. She makes my facials very relaxing. Bri is always so accommodating and helpful when scheduling or checking in/out.
I freaking love this place! All of the employees are warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is beautiful. They have a well thought out set of procedures they follow which show they are truly professional and trustworthy. And their aesthetician is the GOAT -- Nichole is exceptionally: 1) skillful, 2) knowledgeable 3) ethical and she is gorgeous inside and out. For those reasons, I keep coming back!
I am continually impressed by the beautiful environment and the efficient and professional Effect Med Spa staff. I have received great service from Brianna during my facial visits. She performed several different procedures on me, starting with the Signature Facial and Dermaplane and now the Diamond Glow and Brow Wax. I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed.
