We could not have asked for more knowledgeable and accommodating on-site supervisors and tradespeople. We appreciated how they communicated their progress, handled unexpected challenges, and allowed us to be part of the construction process. We love our new home.
Wow! The whole process with the Effect team has been wonderful from the start. The team poured their heart and soul into our project. Over our three year build they minimize hiccups and blew our expectations coming in under budget and on schedule. Les, Dom, and the crew should be proud of the build quality they produce.
Effect built us a wonderful home. About 5 years later a LED porch light died. I e mailed to just find out the part number, and they came and replaced it for free. Way over the top on help years later!!!
My daughter and I decided to build a garage suite for me at her house.
