Just visited for the first time. Well worth it. Staff was helpful
This is the first negative review I’ve ever felt compelled to leave. My wife recently purchased a bag of chicken feed and a bag of scratch grains from EFC Feed in Richland. When she opened the scratch grains, the bag was infested with bugs. She called the store expecting an apology and a simple refund, but instead was told to “just feed it to the chickens anyway.” When she explained that she wasn’t comfortable doing that and simply wanted a refund, she was told their system wouldn’t allow it. Poor customer service, rude old thin female behind counter. I had gone there because it’s conveniently near my home. I have a dog with skin issues. Was suggested to change kibble to grain free. Most dogs apparently develop skin problems after a certain age. Bought what they suggested. Today I had to return a bag of kibble that I had accidentally purchased by mistake because I did switch my dog’s food to grain free. Well come to find out items previously sold to me contained grain.
