This is the first negative review I’ve ever felt compelled to leave. My wife recently purchased a bag of chicken feed and a bag of scratch grains from EFC Feed in Richland. When she opened the scratch grains, the bag was infested with bugs. She called the store expecting an apology and a simple refund, but instead was told to “just feed it to the chickens anyway.” When she explained that she wasn’t comfortable doing that and simply wanted a refund, she was told their system wouldn’t allow it.
