I have never experienced worse customer service than with E.F. Winslow. My elderly mother, a loyal customer for over 10 years, called at 8 AM on Monday because her heat had stopped working — in 35-degree weather, and just two weeks after she had it serviced by E.F. Winslow. She was told that maybe someone could come Thursday, but if not, perhaps Friday, or even the following Monday or Tuesday. That’s how they “schedule” emergency service?
