Please note that all repairs and servicing is done at our Burnaby location located at 8331 Eastlake Dr. Repairs are no longer done at this Vancouver location.

Fantastic customer service—everyone was welcoming and helpful. The staff was very informative and took the time to answer my questions. There's a real sense of community here, and the overall experience was genuinely pleasant.
Upgraded to a Segway Ninebot F2 KickScooter Pro. Was Super Happy about ability to climb hills and range too. Tested it from North Van from 3rd and Ridgeway to Sea Bus across to Chinatown, then around Stanley Park to Denman across again Coal Harbour and back with one charge. More than what I need for anywhere on North Shore. Staff are super helpful with my fallow up needs. So Yes EEVEE'S the place for your first or upgrade at Pender & Main
First ever experience! Well I've only ever rode an euc for mabe 100 feet, decided if I'm gonna do this it's either go big or go home, after figuring out the NOSFET APEX, all I wanna do is ride it! Up to 50 miles so far and absolutely loving this things ability! Thing makes you feel like a whole new beast!! Had my electric unicycle stolen a few days ago and Onyx retrieved it for me and did all the leg work while I was out of town. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve experienced. If you’re looking for an EUC this is the place.
