We couldn’t wait to leave this place. The doctor was vague and unclear about the age and viability of my pregnancy. Clarity is the only gift you can give a person when it comes to potential complications in early pregnancy, but it seemed like he just didn’t k ow what was going on or what to say. Moreover, the equipment is outdated, the place is not clean and has a funny smell we noticed right when we entered. Overall it was an awful experience and I definitely do not recommend this doctor.
I seriously do not understand why his rating is so low. This doctor is kind and very informative. Utilize his time wisely. The receptionist was also kind and warm. Greeted me with a smile. The fact he not only explained but showed me what was happening was alone 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Small waiting area yet was not uncomfortable. Care was subpar. His billing was incredibly rude to me. Come to find out it’s his wife who was speaking to me on the phone and demeaning me.
My experience here is terrible. His staff is incompetent when it comes to scheduling appointments. The staff scheduled an appointment for me at an early morning time and when I showed up to the town office from Northshore, they were not even open!! I received an ablation surgery from Dr. Bhattacharya to stop heavy bleeding from my period back in 2021. Fast forward to today- I've been on my period everyday for three months straight now (and counting) and I can't even get him to call me. I do not recommend.
One of the best doctors in Hawaii I have met until now. He quickly responded to all my queries. My situation was totally unexpected but Dr.B really did great job in surgery. Glad that I made right decision and got surgery done from Dr.B. Huge thanks to Dr.B for answering all my questions and referring to specialty doctors when needed.
