Our first baby was delivered by Dr. Eericca Bickley and she did a great job!
I wanted to love this doctor. Unfortunately, I made an appt as a new patient in March and they were scheduled out until July 10th. I took that appointment. On July 8th, I received a text that they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor would not be in because she is on call at the hospital that day. When I called, they told me that they can't reschedule me until October. Saw Dr. Bickley through my whole first pregnancy, second pregnancy which ended in miscarriage m, and now I’ve seen her for one appointment with my third. She’s nice and had a very calm demeanor which is one good thing. Now for the things I’ve had not so good experiences with here. I almost always wait over an hour for my appointments with her. My Wife spent around of 15-20 mins in total with our actual Doctor which was Erica Bickley in 30 weeks. They suggested she had a symptom that was indicating a diagnosis that would eliminate vaginal birth as an option. My poor wife was devastated for days. It was completely inaccurate that created undue stress without at first testing her. They did test her and it came back negative, which was frustrating that they didn’t test first and diagnose after.
