Called and talked to someone about a lot and a plan we had in mind, and was told to email the plan. Never heard back after a few weeks, So I also emailed again asking about their home plans and also didn’t respond back. I’m guessing they didn’t like my answer when asked what my budget was. Of course I’m not giving my true budget so I don’t get taken advantage of. Clearly they didn’t want business from someone who was seriously looking and willing to buy the lot as soon as possible.
