Based on my experience my dispatch was kinda disrespectful or the other ones not very good i was waiting a day to get load loaded or unloaded very unregulated like delivery 8AM but next pick up 4pm! trucks i was getting were all bad or breaking down very second load insteadof fixing they were switching i switched 1 truck per monthwhichis very hard if you are OTR and living in there, people working in office are nice and respectful, you have to take pictures and file full reports of everything in truck every day. The man at the first desk you see when you walk into the office is extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not acknowledge or help me whatsoever both of the times I went inside. This is so sad for such a nice place... However, the guys in the parts department are great and so are some of the prices.
