Before attending Katya's Daily Energy Routine on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, I had congested synusis and brain fog (residual from catching a cold the week prior). I immediately felt a change and improvement in my symptoms. I really enjoyed the routine, especially the lymphatic massage and and grounding sequences. I loved how Katya walked us through the routine and the care she took in guiding the participants to accomodate everyone's abilities.
I enjoyed my session with Katya! It was supportive to experience the difference between “Scaredy cat Laura” & “Abundant Laura”. I loved the insight that came through at the time that focusing my energy inward is the priority and I’ve very much benefited from doing that over the past several months.
