Before attending Katya's Daily Energy Routine on Wednesdays at 6:30pm, I had congested synusis and brain fog (residual from catching a cold the week prior). I immediately felt a change and improvement in my symptoms. I really enjoyed the routine, especially the lymphatic massage and and grounding sequences. I loved how Katya walked us through the routine and the care she took in guiding the participants to accomodate everyone's abilities.

I had a powerful and beautiful remote session with Katya. She patiently guided me to get in touch with deeper layers of my belief and emotions regarding an issue I presented to her. She skillfully helped me process and transform the stagnant emotion and replace them with positive and productive ones.I came out of the session with more clarity and felt lighter.
