I called Eel River to get information on a custom made loader bucket. Neil was very knowledgeable and had a number of helpful suggestions, and gave me an immediate quote to build the bucket while I was on the phone. Courteous, knowledgeable, and polite. I hope and expect the product will be as good as the service on the phone.
