Since the sunny, colorful, carefree days of the early 1970s, eegee's has been serving handcrafted sub sandwiches and its now-famous frozen fruit drink, the "eegee," in Southern Arizona. In September 1971, the founders pooled their resources to purchase a used vending truck and began serving a frozen lemon drink at high schools, sporting events, and concerts in town. On my recent trip here for lunch during my work day. I ordered a head on the app for a sandwich and an eg. When I got there my sandwich is being made fresh but they did not have the Eegees in stock that I wanted because I needed it to be skinny berry. The customer service was good even though I wasn't able to get the full order as I have wanted it. I think I'll give it some more time before I return to this location again. #good food #highly recommended
