On my recent trip here for lunch during my work day. I ordered a head on the app for a sandwich and an eg. When I got there my sandwich is being made fresh but they did not have the Eegees in stock that I wanted because I needed it to be skinny berry. The customer service was good even though I wasn't able to get the full order as I have wanted it. I think I'll give it some more time before I return to this location again. #good food #highly recommended
Horrible! 😣😡Our order was made incorrectly. Our French fries were burnt/over cooked. What we paid for was not what we had ordered and not what was verbally repeated back to us. #terrible food #over priced
Instead of waiting in the drive-through because it was lunch rush I got down and went inside. They take my order easily and I waited for my food to be prepared fresh hot and with great question or service! This Edi's is consistently rising above and beyond some of the other stores in the area with good customer service from the smiles and great tasting food!
I guess every Eegees location does not have the same standards. We weren't satisfied with our recent experience here. Our drinks were correct, but the food we ordered was unacceptable. The French fries were supposed to be large, but they came up short. The fries were hot, but soggy that looked like it was cooked in old grease. The price for them is too high, to not be full in the fry box. ☹
It's such a shame that this place is going to waste, the workers are terrible and immature and unprofessional and rude. One time going through the drive thru, the kid said "this might be my last day working, so I was spitting in peoples food, don't worry I didn't spit in yours cause I like your car". Yeah I couldnt believe it either.
If I Would Tell My Bestfriend About This Place I'd Say: Bring All Of Your Friends To Eegee's Its The Best Place You Can Come And Eat And Hang Around! And i'll Tell Her How Fun It Is To Work Their And Its Very Clean..! Plis Help Me Get This Job I Relly Need To Help Out My Mom In Mexico
I called to have this store hold coupons while i drove across town to pick them up. When I asked for them The manager said "too bad, I sold them. The other girl shouldn't have held them" all the other store do hold them. I had my eeegee in my hand and was trying to pay for it whille I asked for the district phone number.
