Born in Tucson in the 80s...first time at an Eegee's in Phoenix. Was in AZ two years ago and had literally dozens of Eegee's drinks in Tucson - tasted the same as I remembered from years past. Went to this one in Phoenix and it was disappointing - the classic lemon was overly sweet and lacked the tartness that you get from a good citrus drink (despite having more inedible lemon rind/skin in the cup than I had EVER dealt with before). I went to the drive-thru and my entire order was messed up. Half the order was missing and the other half was ordered individually not in combos. It was so frustrating trying to get it right that I finally had to demand to get my money back. I love the Tucson locations but I'll never go back here.
Store from the drive thru looked clean. The order box was clear to hear the order taker. Paying for food was quick & correct. Was greeting with a sMile when handed my order. The food was fresh & delicious!
Extremely slow. No food ordered. 26 minutes to get 4 eegees.
