Employee was very helpful and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I needed for the exact scenario I described.
Very strange and disappointing experience. The interaction felt totally unprofessional from start to finish. I was asked inappropriate and irrelevant questions instead of being helped properly. What stood out the most was the lack of basic knowledge about their own store stock. It felt like no one really cared about understanding what they carry or helping the customer find the right product. Overall, the service was uncomfortable and poorly handled.
