Terrible customer service. The woman on the phone was rude to my mother who was referred to this office. First she was just rude about the amount of calls and no messages and then rude about her insurance. I too was referred and I can say, with the way my mother was treated and the lack of customer service, I will not go here nor will I refer anyone else here. I suggest you get someone in the office who cares about people, after all isn't that why you started this business?
