I contacted E & E Howard truck repair early Monday morning for a clutch assembly repair. Once arriving on site they ran the diagnostic test and confirmed my clutch assembly was bad. We talked for awhile on how long, what needed to be done and of course the pricing . They were well informed and made everything understandable for me! Stuck on the side of the road near mm 126 1-85 north in Georgia. Called E&E Howard truck repair they came out and had me up and running in a timely manner. Quality work on an air tank that had a broken bracket. Had me sidelined

I wanted to share my recent experience with this business that I believe needs some improvement in customer service. Unfortunately, my interaction with the female owner was quite disappointing. Due to a misunderstanding regarding my truck, I attempted to reach out for clarification.
