Would give them zero stars if I could. Have meant to come out to re-lay insulation in my newly built house. Have committed to a time/day on 3 seperate occasions & have not shown up each time. 1st time we heard nothing from them. Just a straight no show. 2nd time they actually called us on the day (past the agreed time) to confirm they were coming. Then no show.
