Do not recommend doing business with Maximillian Howell. He agreed to return our deposit to us (both recorded verbally and in writing) and it has been nearly a year and we have not received our full deposit back. I currently live in an apartment complex owned and completed renovated by Max and his wife, it's beautiful! My boyfriend and I traveled 2000 miles from Oregon to Kansas City and Max made sure we were able to get straight into our apartment even though we arrived in the early early morning hours.
