I would also not place a star if it was not required. He charged an elderly woman $1000 a day for labor only for two works. The owner himself admits to not keeping thorough books. The inspector told us several things were not up to code. Please consider this. It was awful and cost us more money in the end to hire someone to correct. Which might I add NO CONTRACTOR would fix. It had to be tore off and redone due to the damage caused.
