Absolutely horrible experience with Chris and this company! Both were unprofessional, un organized, and the lack of communication is mind blowing! We had a repair done on our garage and then after a few days we realized our garage door was not repaired correctly because it would get stuck halfway and then we would have to press the button again. Please tell your drivers to remember they have the big metal racks on the sides. The truck (38A4NTW) in front of me was all in the other lane!
