I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. First, I do not have any pets, but they claimed they found pet hair in my car and charged me an extra fee for it. I find this unreasonable and unacceptable. Even after charging a high price, the cleaning quality was poor. My car was not cleaned properly and still looked dirty in several areas.
