I have been a patient with the Edworthy Vision Centre since the early 1980s,. I have never felt any need to seek a new vision care provider in all that time. It has always been a family practice, and was passed from father to son while continuing a high standard of care. As my vision changed with age they worked with me to ensure I had the glasses, contact lenses, and treatments that I needed, always with positive outcomes. Crazy expensive. They quoted me more than double the price to add lenses to my frames. Even their basic lens was more double the price of the high end lenses elsewhere. This should be illegal.
Have had a really positive experience both times I have visited! My eye exam a few months ago was extremely thorough. Dr. Gene Edworthy took the time to get to know my health history with my eyes as a new patient and didn’t rush through our appointment. The front staff afterwards was very helpful in recommending sports safety glasses brands and styles for me to check out.
