REALLY SHOULD GET SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE -MIGHT GET MORE CUSTOMERS
Problems start at creation of appointment. Shop claims type of vehicle is difficult to work with but reluctantly takes in for service, vehicle sits for multiple days just to get a call for it to be picked up. Shop claims vehicle is infested with insects that have taken over under the seats and in the harness for OBD2 port. Under inspection after pick up, vehicle seems to lack the claims the shop has stated. Shop had "video proof of infestation" which showed one small bug in the rear of the vehicle. It is very good they are bilingual and are very trusting and great price
Went to get an oil change 1 hour before closing and was told "not right now" and said they close at 5pm when their closing time shows 5:30pm. Either way "not right now" was a rude response. Lazy workers! Will not be returning!
