Exceptional! We were in an emergency situation and we would rate them even higher if we could. Edwin fixed our problem quickly and at good value. A delightful family runs this business. Highly recommend. And by the way, they are fully bilingual.

Problems start at creation of appointment. Shop claims type of vehicle is difficult to work with but reluctantly takes in for service, vehicle sits for multiple days just to get a call for it to be picked up. Shop claims vehicle is infested with insects that have taken over under the seats and in the harness for OBD2 port. Under inspection after pick up, vehicle seems to lack the claims the shop has stated. Shop had "video proof of infestation" which showed one small bug in the rear of the vehicle.
