I had a lovely experience today! I had a last minute errand of getting 2 gold rings resized before my vacation on Monday. I went in around 3:35 and my rings were done an hour later! Very reasonably priced and great customer service. Would definitely come back here for any jewelers resizing. Thanks for your help!

I purchased diamond studs from this Jeweler and they arrived late and were of bad quality. I exchanged the earrings for an upgraded pair and while those looked better, they were not as advertised when I went to get them appraised twice. Now Edwin Novel is refusing to take their diamonds back while holding my money. Their customer service representatives have stopped responding to my emails in reference to the return. Edwin made my gold wedding ring and my fiancée’s platinum wedding band with diamond baguettes. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He has great attention to detail and made sure we were satisfied with our custom rings.
Edwin helped us to design my custom engagement ring and wedding band. He showed us various stones to choose from and had me try on ring settings so I could tell him exactly what I wanted.
